  The research and application results in recent years show that the use of thermal spraying alloy anticorrosive coating is one of the effective methods for corrosion protection of steel structures in Marine environment。This technology is a surface processing method that uses a variety of heat energy to melt the anti-corrosion metal material, and atomizes it to the surface of the part through high-speed air flow to form a protective coating。However, the traditional arc spraying anti-corrosion technology is usually operated by manual, resulting in low control accuracy, unstable coating quality, and its operating environment is harsh, which seriously restricts the wider application and development of this technology in the field of Marine anti-corrosion engineering。In response to these problems,The research team of the author has developed a new type of automatic high-speed arc spraying equipment by integrating intelligent control technology, inverter power technology, infrared temperature measurement technology and numerical simulation technology,The traditional "extensive" arc spraying technology is upgraded to an advanced and efficient maintenance technology with precise control of spraying process and coating quality。
 
  The automatic intelligent high-speed arc spraying system realizes the integrated linkage control of the operating system and spraying equipment, and has the characteristics of high automation, stability and reliability, and has remarkable effects in the field of large-scale anti-corrosion on the surface of Marine engineering materials。The high-speed arc spraying gun in the system realizes supersonic airflow atomization,The maximum airflow speed is 586m/s,The maximum particle flight speed of iron-based spraying materials is increased from less than 100m/s of traditional spraying to more than 150m/s,The bonding strength of the coating can reach 20-40MPa,The porosity decreased significantly,The coating quality has been greatly improved。The pulse width modulation digital arc spraying inverter with high stability and independent intellectual property rights in the system realizes the intelligent self-feedback and self-regulation between the spraying parameters and the wire feeding speed during the spraying process。Compared with the silicon rectifier power supply used in traditional arc spraying, the volume and weight of the inverter spraying power supply are reduced by 50% and 75% respectively, and the quality is more reliable and convenient for on-site maintenance。Using the developed arc spraying intelligent fuzzy control unit, combined with the monitoring of spraying temperature field by infrared thermal imager, the on-line intelligent closed-loop feedback control of arc spraying process parameters was realized, and then the optimal control of coating residual stress was realized。The equipment unit adopts modular design, strong environmental adaptability, and precise and controllable coating quality, so that arc spraying can be upgraded to an advanced maintenance technology that can accurately control the spraying process and coating quality, and the spraying efficiency is more than 3 times that of manual, which greatly reduces the operation intensity and provides technical support for the surface anticorrosion of Marine engineering facilities。
